Returns / Exchange Policy 

We accept returns for exchanges on all items that may have been damaged in shipment within 8 business days of the delivery date.  Items will not be exchanged due to size as the chart is posted on each item.  The product must be returned in its original quality with tags.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Other Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we require a tracking number. .
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please work with your local Post Office with the tracking number for assistance.
